Two-day in-depth transformation tour in the city
Some changes are not about knowing more truths, but allowing us to temporarily leave our daily inertia and see again: how we got to where we are now, and how we gradually left our original position through relationships, choices and life experiences.
Liguang's two-day journey of deep transformation is a complete process that combines body perception, yoga, breathing meditation, life guidance, writing exploration and sound resonance.
In two days, we will start with the body and identify the reactions and life patterns that have long become habits; see how they once protected us, and also feel again: when the past is no longer the only answer, what new choices can we make now.
This is not asking you to change your course immediately, nor is it looking for a standard answer to life,
What we want to do is to allow those feelings that have been covered by busyness, responsibilities, relationships and inertia to regain the space to be seen; and let the new understanding not only stay in the mind, but slowly enter the body, becoming a "return ability" that can be brought back to daily life.
)
Main purpose of the trip
- Feel your body again and identify your true position and state at this moment.
- See recurring patterns in life and relationships.
- Understand how protection methods developed in the past affect current choices.
- Discern which feelings, responsibilities and expectations truly belong to you.
- Looseness no longer fits the current reactions and roles in life.
- Rediscover boundaries, feelings and the ability to choose.
- Bring what you saw during the journey back to real life, rather than just staying in a profound experience.

About this trip
Deep transformation is not about making a person better, nor is it asking everyone to reach the same answer. It's more like: when we finally see how we leave and feel again that we still have choices, new spaces begin to appear where life was originally stuck.
It’s that you no longer need to leave yourself in order to continue living.
